Illegal Alien Anarchy . . . Connecting the Dots!
There is no society that can indefinitely allow a relentless flood of illegal aliens to contravene its laws, violate its sovereign borders, overwhelm its infrastructures and social systems, degrade employment opportunities for its own people, while the massiveness of the illegal invasion constantly degrades America's way of life, culture and language. Why then is that being allow to happen here in America? You may think that the illegal alien protest rallies and school 'walkouts' were spontaneous eruptions, but think again. They were carefully orchestrated by many, many people, groups and organizations that receive megabucks from unions, corporations and foundations and MOST IMPORTANTLY tacitly endorsed by our government. Creating a North American Union for the One World Order
The following will expose the United States Government's plot to sell out America by surreptitiously forming a North American Union. They are circumventing the US Congress and We The People, in violation of our Constitution. They are committing TREASON. Bilingualism = A Divided America
Bilingualism is the antithesis of our national motto: E Pluribus Unum: Out of many, ONE! Former Colorado Governor Richard Lamm said it best: "History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. (1) Societies [that] are bilingual [become] two competing and nation-dividing languages."(2)
A nation is much more than a place on a map. It is a state of mind, a shared vision, and a recognition that we are all is this together . . . [and] one indispensable element must be that we all speak one common language.(2)

HR 4437 Enforcement vs. Amnesty ~ The Big Lie
A woman who worked at a homeless shelter wanted to know if she would go to jail for helping the homeless if HR 4437 became law. She had read the article Catholic Church & Charities ~ Preach and Practice Sedition in which Cardinal Mahony seditiously calls for defiance of HR 4437 if enacted and spoke about Cardinal McCarrick and the Catholic bishops who regularly engage in 'aiding and abetting' illegal aliens, which is a felony.(1) The woman found the information useful but it didn't answer one important question for her. She wanted to know if they would be doing something illegal once HR 4437 was enacted. She wondered "if we are going to be arrested, for TEMPORARILY housing, clothing and feeding illegal immigrants. Now, we do not ask our clients (the homeless men) if they can provide proof of citizenship . . . we simply try our best to accommodate those who come to the shelter seeking help."

Attention ~ We are NOT a 'Nation of Immigrants'
How often have we heard the pro-illegal-alien crowd as well as other 'clueless' Americans repeat the mantra "after all we are a nation of immigrants, aren't we?" The answer to that question is a loud and incontrovertible, NO! Most Americans today are NATIVE BORN and therefore NOT IMMIGRANTS! What is left unsaid in the above phrase is the significant fact that our American ancestors came to this country as LEGAL immigrants, which is the antithesis of the current invasion of ILLEGAL ALIENS supported by the open borders, pro-illegal alien crowd! The mantra "a nation of immigrants" is an inaccurate 'branding' of our current American culture and society. It is an incantation that contains substantial disinformation, some subtle, some blatant, which never seems to receive any scrutiny or debate. The following explains why . . .

Seditionist Cardinal Mahony Defies the Pope
Sedition is a United States "federal crime of advocacy of insurrection against the government [such as the call to defy our laws announced by Cardinal Mahony] OR support for an enemy of the nation during time of war, by speeches [preaching], or publications [informational packets] and organization [Banding together ~ participating in the coalition]. Sedition usually involves actually conspiring to disrupt the legal operation of the government [as in advocating the willful disobeyance of our laws] and is beyond expression of an opinion or protesting government policy [as in 'aiding and abetting' illegal aliens]."(1) "Sedition is conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state [as preached by Father Gutierrez]."(2)

Catholic Church & Charities ~ Preach & Practice Sedition
The debate continues to rage over Cardinal Mahony's instructions to his priests to ignore future immigration laws while cloaking his justification in biblical verse. He is not the first to do so. Cardinal McCarrick the archbishop of Washington, DC, has also made a similar claim about current immigration laws. It is this author's opinion that such exhortations are prima facie evidence of preaching and practicing sedition. It is further suggested that the rampant, willful continuance of unlawfully 'aiding and abetting' illegal aliens by the Catholic Church, Catholic Charities and others, is ALSO a form of sedition.

False Accusations . . . Wrapped in 'Hate Speech'
Ana Maria Patino, a lawyer, wrote an article in the Laguna Beach Coastline Pilot titled: Minutemen ignore the Constitution on March 3, 2006, where she opined: "The Minuteman Project is a vigilante organization that practices racial profiling, interferes with people's right to travel and right to be free of illegal seizure guaranteed to everyone by our United States Constitution . . . Since Ms. Patino speaks of the Minutemen, one can assume that the 'people' she is referring to are illegal aliens who defied our immigration laws to enter, live, and work in our country, since that is the known mission and focus of the Minutemen organization.

HR 4437- Border Protection, Antiterrorism, and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005 (Entire Text)
The 'People's House' created HR 4437 because "Congress finds the following . . . A primary duty of the federal Government is to secure the homeland and ensure the safety of United States citizens and lawful residents. . . . The failure to enforce immigration laws in the interior of the United States means that illegal aliens face little or no risk of apprehension or removal once they are in the country . . . Typically, the Hispanic and Latino rhetoric, propaganda and mantras you so often hear will be deliberately obfuscating, duplicitous, hypocritical and dishonest These groups wage blatant 'in your face' campaigns of disinformation by calling themselves 'immigrant advocacy groups' or 'immigrant-rights groups,' or 'human-rights advocates,' etc. They routinely call legislation that eliminates 'public benefits' for illegal aliens, as "anti-immigrant." You will notice, they NEVER say anti-illegal immigrant. The word 'illegal' is NOT part of their vocabulary! Without fail, they deliberately obfuscate by using the unspecified term of 'immigrants' when we all know that the real issue is ILLEGAL immigrants.

Archbishop Vlazny Exhorts Flock to 'Aid and Abet' Illegal Aliens
Why do religious institutions like the Catholic Church defy our immigration laws? Why do they blatantly flaunt our laws by enabling millions upon millions of illegal aliens to enter, live and work in America? Do they do so in order to 'feel good' about what they see as their 'Christian duty?' Why do pious people of the Catholic faith believe it's justifiable for them to ignore our laws, created to protect and defend our country and its populace? Do they feel that they are above the law? By their example, does their defiance of our immigration laws mean it is acceptable for the rest of us to disobey other laws, as we chose?

This column is a response to an article written by Ricardo Chavira titled: More Americans should try 'living on the hyphen.'(1) Mr. Chavira, who endorses and encourages Americans to hyphenate their national identity because it "neatly encapsulates the joys and challenges of being something other than a plain American." Suffice it to say that the expectation of 'joy' emanates from Mr. Chavira because he is a proud "Mexican-American."
