The formation of the European Union (EU) is the 'blueprint' being used to construct the North American Union (NAU). In multiple acts of treason, our government is illegally creating the NAU by using secret meetings and deceptive double-speak to hide their 'INCREMENTAL STEALTH'. They are making MASSIVE changes to our bureaucratic-administrative-regulatory laws by calling them 'HARMONIZATIONS.' What they are doing is re-writing our legal regulatory law to the benefit of, by, and for the corporate elite, which is . . . classic fascism. The only difference between the creation of the EU and the NAU is that it took 55 years for the European free trade agreement to morph into the EU. Unless we can stop them, they will accomplish the NAU here in a BREATHTAKING 15 years. The One World Monopolists have already declared before our Congress, that our borders are to be eliminated by 2010. Are you ready for that?

If you think the latest tri-lateral 'summit' in Montebello, Quebec, Canada (August 20-21, 2007) was about the contents of jelly beans', or the size of baby food jars, or the regulation of food colour dyes . . . think again! Why was the tri-lateral meeting in Banff last year, and summit in Montebello this year, taking place behind closed doors? No press allowed, with only one invited exception. Is there something to hide?

Why are there many members of the U.S. Congress who know nothing about the contents of those meetings, nor the fact that the President has designated the Commerce Department to spearhead the creation of working groups, in every department of the Executive Branch, who are tasked with manipulating our regulatory laws? Why is there no transparency and Congressional oversight as is REQUIRED by our Constitution?

Pastor, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), "told the Trilateral Commission in 2002 that the North American Union needed to implement a series of political proposals which would have authority OVER the sovereignty of the United States, Canada and Mexico.(1)

Specifically, Pastor called for the creation of North American passports and a North American Customs and Immigrations, which would have authority OVER U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) within the Department of Homeland Security. A North American Parliamentary Group would OVERSEE the U.S. Congress. A Permanent Court on Trade and Investment would resolve disputes within NAFTA, exerting FINAL AUTHORITY OVER judgments of the U.S. Supreme Court. A North American Commission would 'develop an integrated continental plan for transportation and infrastructure'."(1)

What 'Political Proposals' REALLY Mean . . .

It means that the 'leaders' of three sovereign nations can gather at a 'round table' and sign the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) agreement which will implement all the concepts outlined by the CFR, WITHOUT the required Constitutionally mandated, Congressional consent, oversight, or transparency.

Political proposals means that three politicians get together and clandestinely agree to use the power of their elected office to unilaterally create the North American Union with no intention of allowing any legislative involvement or permission from We the People. That is, by any measure . . . TREASON!

Those 'heads of state' are part of a cabal that includes the former corporatist robber barons, who control the banks, the media and the non-profit foundations such as the Carnegie, Ford, and Rockefeller (CFR). They constitute a Shadow Government of One World Monopolists who control our government by wielding their immense financial wealth and its associated power. They are operating behind the scenes in collusion with many in high places in our government, military, and corporate world. Their goal is to destroy our Constitutional Republic, usurp our sovereignty and irrevocably alter our lives. They plan to turn North America into a totalitarian state ruled by a corporate plutocracy -- a totalitarian government, OF the wealthy, BY the wealthy, and FOR the wealthy.

The first public mention of their illegal plans was made by the 'leaders' of Mexico, Canada and America on March 23, 2005 in Waco, Texas. Those three traitors of their respective nations, held meetings at Baylor University, and SIGNED a European Union styled pact called the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) of North America. Since then, our 'Chief Executive' has commanded ALL of the departments in the Executive Branch to form 'task forces,' agendas, goals and meet timetables for completion.

Their task is to rewrite MANY of our regulatory laws covering every conceivable topic you can imagine relating to our daily lives. They operate behind closed doors in secret meetings to advance their goal of 'HARMONIZING' ALL of our bureaucratic or administrative regulatory laws, between the three countries, by altering them to their benefit.

Since Waco, our government has lied about having signed the SPP agreement. Their dirty deed was barely reported in the media. There was little to no follow-up reporting by the corrupt, monopolized and controlled corporate media. Just think of all those endless hours of drivel on the news about Anna Nichole Smith, or Michael Jackson, or O J Simpson, or Natalie Holloway, or Gary Condit of Chandra Levy infamy, and yet barely a peep about the single most devastating plan to eliminate our sovereignty and end America as we know it.

Because of the complicit media, We the People are left completely in the dark. For the most part, we have no idea that our country is already being run by an unelected and un-accountable elite plutocracy. Just think about it . . . a 'Shadow Government' and their complicit cabal, were able to direct the launching of the NAU as a political proposal signed by three men who were the duly elected leaders from three sovereign countries. Our Constitution says that such agreements are to be subjected to Congressional oversight and approval.

The SPP is a Trojan Horse based on the EU blueprint of massive 'harmonized' and ILLEGAL regulatory changes, using incremental stealth, all with the intent of destroying our Constitutional Republic.

How Close Are We To Becoming Another EU? Compare These Facts . . .

The European Union (EU) began as a Coal and Steel Free Trade Agreement in 1951.
The NAU began as NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement in 1994.

Then the EU morphed into the European Economic Community (EEC).
Before the U.S. Congress, CFR member Dr. Robert Pastor calls for a North American Community.

Once the EEC became established, it then morphed into the Common Market.
Now that NAFTA is established, it has morphed into the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP).

Britain joined the so called 'Common Market' in January, 1973 which then morphed into the European Union (EU).
The Security and Prosperity Partnership, begun in March 2005, is morphing into the North American Union (NAU).

The EU already has a single currency called the Euro.
The plan is for our single currency to be called the Amero.

Isn't it interesting that the slavishly praised cult of diversity and multi-culturalism, was completely abandoned when the One World Monopolists created the EU? If they believed their own propaganda, then why did they obliterate all those grand, wonderfully distinct, and uniquely European nations by turning them into a single, drab, shapeless, blue blob, called the EU? It seems that the One World Monopolists have created a singularly vapid, depressingly anonymous European Union, the complete opposite of the multi-culturalism and diversity they doggedly espoused.

As the final curtain falls, the EU is to be divided into 'regions' obliterating their geographic boundaries. By design, unity will reign through the creation and enforcement of ONE legal system, ONE military, ONE police force, ONE flag, ONE currency, ONE national anthem, and eventually . . . only ONE language . . . English?

Why was it that one of the most prized, loudly and repeatedly touted, 'mantras' of the elites had been that of multi-culturalism and diversity, and yet they created in the EU a boring federalist superstate? Oh, that's right, they used that mantra to bludgeon all the European countries into accepting more immigrants than they could assimilate or sustain. Think about the riots and the vicious anti-Semitism running rampant in France, the militant Islamic threats to take power and bring forth Sharia Law in Britain, the riots in Australia, and the rampage over cartoons. Just Like the EU . . . Harmonization Is The Tool They Will Use To Erase America

A word you will see and hear often is . . . 'harmonise' or as we spell here in America, with a 'z' -- harmonize. What exactly does 'harmonize' REALLY mean? It means that people in a position of government trust have made an agreement to CHANGE and subvert our regulatory laws. As you will learn that . . . by the stroke of a pen, wielded by unseen and unaccountable bureaucrats, who are signing into LAW agreements changing existing regulations, often detrimental to best interests of We the People. None of these 'harmonized' agreements are being brought before our congress as is REQUIRED by our Constitution . . . TREASON ABOUNDS.

Ever since Fox, Bush and Martin signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement, they have conducted secretly convened meetings of their 'ministers' to 'harmonize' ALL of our bureaucratic or administrative, regulatory laws. How the EU Carved Up Britain To Eliminate Their Sovereignty

David Noakes a Brit and avid anti-EU activist laments: "Behind our backs the EU has divided up Britain into 5 regions that overlay the 12 already established. They are called Transnational regions, often referred to as cross-border. The plan is to unite us with areas on the Continent, ignoring the seas in between, and to render each side identical to eliminate all feelings of national loyalties. During Germany’s EU Presidency, starting in January [20]07, cartographers will begin to “harmonise” all “spatial data” such as place names of areas, regions, localities, cities, suburbs, towns or settlements etc. A current EU directive proposes a database for an EU wide property tax via the Valuation Office Agency, to levy Council and Inheritance Taxes."(3)

"ArcManche - First to be established in the South East Prominent is the South East that has an Arc Manche Region which sprawls across west Belgium, Northern France, Nantes, etc. linking Plymouth, Bristol, London and Dover. All within that area now live in the Arc Manche Region of Europe. Paris is its Capital; it has a Regional Assembly a Secretariat, a French President M. Alain le Vern (elected on the 17th Oct [20]06) and an English Vice Chairman Brad Watson OBE."(3)

It would seem that France has just annexed Britain since Paris will be the capital and the 'Arc Manche' is headed by a Frenchman. Thus France has taken over British sovereign soil with the stroke of a pen. It is a feat that used to be accomplished only by war. Don't you wonder how the Brits feel about the 'peaceful' takeover of their sovereign land that many died to preserve for the British people, only to see it handed over to the French?

'Totalization' . . . An Example of 'Harmonization' . . .

Note the euphemistic (doublespeak) terms they used above to hide what they are actually doing. For example, the words 'Transnational Regions', instead of 'Cross-Border divisions' of sovereign countries, is a slick and typical manipulation of your mind in order to make the 'bitter pill' go down smoothly. Similarly they will 'harmonise'--'spatial data' instead of saying that they are compiling the names of the towns and cities that fall in the 'new' artificially drawn regions, and altering, combining or perhaps erasing towns and cities forever. Purportedly they are compiling databases, to generate new, and now no longer comparable, property tax evaluations. Or, who knows, possibly for other future privacy eroding, nefarious purposes.

Such doublespeak is not unique to the EU. Similar words are being used here in America. For example, there was a Social Security 'totalization' agreement signed with Mexico by our president. The 'totalization' agreement was subsequently hidden from 'We the People' until a three and half year court battle FORCED the president to produce it. It was a document that should have been immediately forthcoming under FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act), which it was not. Why not? Because the traitors had something to hide.

The agreement, when or IF it is subjected to approval by the Congress, will give illegal aliens who have committed a felony by using false or stolen identities, the ability to collect Social Security after illegally working here for only SIX quarters, in combination with their Mexican work history. YOU have to work FORTY quarters in order to collect. Keep in mind that corruption is so rampant in Mexico that a Mexican citizen could produce documents saying they had worked the proper number of quarters in Mexico to meet the combined total (i.e., totalization).(4)

That secrecy and flouting of our laws is EXACTLY how they did things to create the EU. It is a common and often repeated modus operandi, being applied deliberately, without conscience, everywhere in America, involving just about everything imaginable.

Are You Ready To Roll Over And Give Up YOUR Sovereignty?

As you now know, the EU is already a federalist superstate that will consist of REGIONS. The prior nations of Germany, France, England, Italy, etc., do not even get to keep their previous geographic delineations as they are being melded into amorphous 'regions' so that their love of nationality and sovereignty can NEVER be resurrected.

A Ms. V (borrowed from the movie V for Vendetta) provides a wonderful, calm, soft and oblique view of how the formation of the EU has insanely altered the lives of the people in the UK. She talks about how: "The Fabian Socialists are having their way. Tony Blair is handing the UK over to the EU. The people are being lied to and the news being spun by hidden manipulators. The unelected European Commission passes down its dictates to the rubber stamp European Parliament."(5)

Borders [are] being taken down, [there is] Mass immigration [and the] European Police, European Army and rapid reaction force [is] coming. The people were not asked." Ms 'V' asks: Where is our Democracy: Where is the Justice? She tells you that: "What Hitler failed to do and what many wars were fought over . . . is happening now in Europe... the dissolution of borders and Democratic rights. Trial by Jury [is] to be suspended, guilty until proven innocent, no double jeopardy [protection], Habeas Corpus suspended."(5)

That last sentence is worth repeating . . . several times! It says the following:

You cannot have a jury of your peers to decide if you are INNOCENT. A single person who may have a bias, a secret agenda, who can be bribed, or on drugs, or crazy, or just plain unfit, gets to sit as BOTH judge AND jury. That ONE person is the ONLY person who gets to decide your fate.

You are 'guilty' unless and until you can prove your innocence. Why would anyone, no matter how heinous the crime, be assumed to be guilty? That means that you have ALREADY BEEN JUDGED. Who has the right to do that? Why would anyone believe that is fair and equitable? How do you fight for your innocence when you have already been condemned as guilty? That concept is insane on its face.

The EU has eliminated the law of double jeopardy. That means if a person is adjudged 'not guilty' and a government prosecutor is not happy with the decision, you can be tried again, and again, and again for the SAME crime, until they get the guilty verdict they so desire. We all know about finding a judge who is sympathetic to some prosecutor's position is easy to arrange. The people of Europe already live under these EU rules.

Habeas corpus has been suspended, which actually means eliminated. What does that mean? Habeas corpus literally means that there is 'body of evidence' indicating your guilt. When the writ of habeas corpus is in effect, you can use it in court to require the penal system to show proof that they have legal and legitimate reasons for your incarceration. When habeas corpus is suspended YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS. They can put you in jail and throw away the key. They can keep you there forever, and you have no recourse to petition the courts for your release.

Here in America . . . on October 17, 2006 the Military Commissions Act of 2006 (MCA) was signed into law. The MCA has suspended habeas corpus, a law that has existed for more than 200 years. The MCA creates a military tribunal that can call you an 'unlawful enemy combatant' and jail you without trial for the rest of your life. This issue will be discussed more fully later. You must understand that our long standing rights have ALREADY been removed. Few are aware of it because of the deliberate treasonous omissions by the One World Monopolist controlled media.

As you watch, be afraid, be VERY afraid, it is not very far off, for us here in America, unless we work to stop the One World Monopolists and their diabolical scheme to create the North American Union, which is replica of the EU.

Signing of treaties is how they took over all the countries that comprises the EU. "Since 1972 The Queen has illegally signed five of the six EU Treaties. The five treaties define and build the EU as an unelected dictatorship. The EU's laws, passed by Westminster, give it the powers of a police state. The sixth EU treaty [set for May 2009] will complete the abolition of Britain as a nation . . . A foreign power, the EU, will then rule us, and enforce the laws of a police state".(7)

"Europe [EU] works by bribing politicians with huge salaries and expenses to vote for Europe, against the best interest of their own voters. As a result all three parties are in favour of the EU - Westminster acts like a one party state. Whistleblowers like Marta Andreason, the EU Budget Director, who in 2005 found the EU couldn't account for 95% of its £66 billion budget, are simply fired for telling the truth."(7)

Known officially as the Tower Building and unofficially as the 'crystal palace.' You should also know that "the EU.’s chosen symbol was the Woman Riding the Beast. The depiction of the same symbol was reproduced on the centenary stamp of the E.U. and in a huge painting in the Parliament’s new building in Brussels. As if that weren’t enough, it was repeated again in a huge sculpture outside the new E.U. Council of Ministers office in Brussels for good measure."(6)

"The EU's corpus juris now pervades [overrides] right through our legal system. Under Corpus Juris the [EU] government are above the law and cannot be prosecuted . . . 45,000 police officers got off [from prosecution by] speed cameras in this way in 2004, although their speeding killed 44 innocent people. (Daily Mail 27.12.05.)

The Local Government Act of 2000 empowered the head of the EU government in England, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minster (ODPM) to appoint a monitoring officer to spy on every council. If an elected councillor disagrees with the EU or government line, the unelected "Standards Board for England" can suspend him for up to five years. An example . . . ODPM has threatened cllr [Councilor] Alex Riley with suspension if he attends any debate discussing the ODPM's plans to build a new town of 20,000 people . . . on his ward. The ODPM . . . powers are becoming absolute.

The EU arrest warrant (signed by the Queen on 18th November 2003) allows us to be arrested without charge and held indefinitely with no right to see a solicitor, make a phone call, or even a right to a trial. You can simply disappear [because habeas corpus has been eliminated in Britain]."(7)

"The Civil Contingences Act 2004 allows government to confiscate anything you possess permanently; you have no right to object. This includes your house. It also gives government the right to forceably move its population around to different locations; . . . a Minister just needs to utter the words 'This is a national emergency.' If a demonstration or strike [the] government doesn't like is being organised, they can cut off all communications in a town - phones, mobiles, the internet, TV, and block all access to that town including closing roads and railways. It has all the powers and more of Hitler's Enabling Act of 1933."(7)

Note: Here in America, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2007 eliminated the protections of the Posse Comitatus Act and re-wrote the Insurrection Act. The NDAA will allow the president to declare a 'public emergency', call forth the military AND take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities, at which time previously written Executive Orders will give the government and military TOTAL and COMPLETE control of EVERYTHING as detailed in this article by this author.

"At the Labour Party conference the police held an 82 year old man, Walter Woolfgang, and denied him access to the conference under the EU's "anti terrorist" legislation because he had shouted the word "nonsense" at Jack Straw, who was speaking about Iraq. Terrified the TRUE nature of the laws they have passed on behalf of the EU was escaping too early, the Labour Party stopped the police and begged the man to return to conference.

On October 25th 2005 Miss Maya Evans was arrested under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, for a lone protest at the Cenotaph by reading out the names of the 97 British soldiers killed in the Iraq war. She was arrested by no less than 14 police officers and found guilty at Bow Street Magistrates Court on the 8th December 2005.

Would you hand over our nation, to be ruled by a foreign power, with oppressive laws like these? That's what's happening.

We have lost the right to protest . . . if we did hold a General Strike and blockade Westminster it would now require some bravery: the powers the EU has demanded from our government enable it to respond in a way similar to the Chinese government's [action] in Tianamen Square . . . It is no coincidence that since 2004, all MP's offices in Westminster are guarded by police with machine guns, inside and out.

All these new EU laws, including massive "antiterrorism" acts (recently 2000, 2001, 2005) were passed with the pretence they were only directed at terrorists . . . [instead] they are used far more often against ordinary law abiding people, particularly to suppress dissent. (91% of those detained under Terrorism Acts are innocent and have been improperly arrested. Most of the remainder are charged with offences that have nothing to do with terrorism, but [except to] cover up over zealous arrests).

[W]hole bureaucracies such as VOSA building up networks of cameras and databases to record our movements and criminalise us when we can't comply. Persecution is no longer confined to motorists; under EU Corpus Juris our courts have become extensions of government power instead of independent arbiters of justice.

Westminster had passed sufficient of the EU's oppressive laws (the "harmonisation" in the Treaties) by the end of 2004 that we have been living in what is legally a police state since then. But at the moment, it's only one per cent enforced. After the Queen signs the sixth Treaty, the EU has the absolute power to enforce 100% of its regulations and laws."(7)

In December, anti-G-8 activists splashed paint on a hotel at the resort in northeastern Germany. G-8 summits have often been a magnet for protests against globalization. At a summit in Genoa in 2001, the demonstrations turned violent, with protesters and police battling in the streets for days."(9)

Let's see . . . this is 2007 . . . that means that since 2001, there has been FIVE YEARS without any serious problems. And, one can surmise that the Genoa situation might not have turned violent if the protestors hadn't been subjected to the kind of police enforcement that dictatorially impeded or restricted their freedom to protest.

Why the are the Germans so paranoid about the G-8 protestors when: "German security officials have built a $17 million fence around the resort in an effort to keep protesters from the event, hosted by German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The leaders of the United States, Russia, Britain, France, Italy, Canada, and Japan are also to attend."(9)

In Merkel's Germany, Home Schooled Children Are Taken From Their Parents

(10) "German homeschooler Melissa Busekros finally returned home early this morning on her 16th birthday after having been forcibly separated from her family by the government 3 months ago [February 2007]. Melissa was seized from her family home in a dramatic police raid for the crime of home schooling – illegal since 1937 by edict of Nazi Chancellor Adolph Hitler – and placed with a foster home in a location unknown to her family. The International Human Rights Group (IHRG), which has doggedly championed the rights of Busekros and other German home schooling families, reports Melissa penned a note to her foster family and left in the dead of night, arriving on her [family's] doorstep in Erlangen at 3AM to the astonishment of her family."(11)

Melissa was lucky because she turned sixteen and under German law she can live where she chooses. Otherwise she would still be held in the captivity of a foster family, where she was forced to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, which she passed with flying colors.

A homeschool advocate in Germany, who was afraid to reveal his name for fear of losing his job, wrote to World Net Daily: "We are not far away from an intolerant dictatorship in our country. Parental rights are more and more abolished. If you do not educate the way the state wants, the so-called Jugendamt (youth welfare office) is quick to check out if they can take away the custody of your children. As long as you practice your faith in a church building you have no problems, but as soon as you act in accordance to your faith, for example, in the education of your children, the freedom ends rapidly . . ." He compared the current homeschool situation to the former Nazi rule which wrote the law, or "like in the former Soviet Union under the Communists."(12)

The Home School Legal Defence Associatiion (HSLDA) has complained that: "Most recently, a decision was handed down by the European Court of Human rights (which) … completely turned the European Union Constitution's Article 14, the section on parent's rights to control the education of their children, completely upside down."(12)

The HSLDA believes that change will permit other EU 'states' to outlaw homeschooling at will. "Meanwhile, the German homeschoolers continue to be unmercifully persecuted . . . Families are fleeing regularly to other foreign countries in order to continue homeschooling…"(12)

Some have likened the shape and unfinished look of the building to a re-creation of the biblical 'Tower of Babel'. A rather appropriate comment, considering the number of countries and the languages spoken there.

The Transatlantic Economic Integration AGREEMENT between the U.S. and the European Union was signed on April 30, 2007 at the White House by Bush, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who is the current president of the European Council and José Manuel Barros, President of the selected not elected European Commission.

"The United States and the European Union have signed up to a new transatlantic economic partnership at a summit in Washington. The pact is designed to boost trade and investment by harmonising regulatory standards, laying the basis for a US-EU single market."(14)

Prior to the 'summit' U.S. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Robert M. Kimmitt said 'that to enhance trans-Atlantic economic ties, both sides have to 'address and reconcile our systemic differences and thereby reduce obstacles to economic growth'.”(15)

"Kimmitt welcomed German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s initiative on the trans-Atlantic market and said the United States and the EU should come to their April 30 summit meeting with a set of specific proposals to deepen their economic relations and develop a common approach to the global economy."(15)

Trade barriers between both sides of the Atlantic are already low; the real issue is to remove regulatory requirements and other obstacles to free capital flows, he said.(15)

"'Without the US,' says another European diplomat, ' There can't be any success in coping with a globalised world'. This, say the Germans, is why Chancellor Merkel has embarked on an intensive effort to build an economic bridge to the US."(16)

Here's The REALLY Scary Part: REGULATORY CONVERGENCE . . .

"The agreement established a new Transatlantic Economic Council to be chaired on the U.S. side by a cabinet-level officer in the White House and on the EU side by a member [an appointed position] of the European Commission . . . [who are] tasked with creating regulatory convergence between the U.S. and the EU on some 40 different public policy areas, including intellectual property rights, developing security standards for international trade, getting U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices) recognized in Europe, developing innovation and technology in health industries, implementing RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technologies, developing a science-based plan on bio-based products and establishing a "regular dialogue" to address obstacles to investment."(17)

Since that's only six tasks, doesn't it make you wonder . . . what's hidden or lurking in the other thirty-two?

From the White House . . . this is the 'framework' of the agreement: "We, leaders of the United States of America and the European Union (EU): Believing that deeper transatlantic economic integration and growth will benefit our citizens and the competitiveness of our economies, will have global benefits, will facilitate market access for third countries and will encourage other countries to adopt the transatlantic economic model of respect for property rights, openness to investment, transparency and predictability in regulation, and the value of free markets;"(18)

The president says that: "I told the Chancellor and the President that the EU-U.S. relations are very important to our country, that not only is it important for us to strategize how to promote prosperity and peace, but it's important for us to achieve concrete results. And we have done so. I thank the Chancellor and Jos [sic] very much for the trans-Atlantic economic integration plan that the three of us signed today. It is a statement of the importance of trade. It is a commitment to eliminating barriers to trade. It is a recognition that the closer that the United States and the EU become, the better off our people become. So this is a substantial agreement and I appreciate it."(19)

In case you missed it . . .

What has actually happened was that: "President Bush signed an AGREEMENT creating a cabinet level 'permanent body' that commits the U.S. to 'deeper transatlantic economic integration,' without ratification by the Senate as a treaty or passage by Congress as a law."(17)

The Coming 'Police State' In America . . .

Do you think we in America are immune from 'police state' tactics? Don't you remember how they treated the protestors at the Republican presidential convention in New York City? Was that just a 'warm up' for the future 'police state'? Think about how they treat you in the airports now. Are they 'practicing' their police state skills there? What about the National Guard in New Orleans 'policing' our streets in violation of the posse comitatus law, which now no longer exists? What about the Constitutionally protected gun possession which was violated by the illegal confiscation that took place after Katrina in New Orleans? Was that more 'practice' for the coming martial law our government now can call forth for ANY reason? Were you even aware that martial law is now an option for the president?

On October 17, 2006, 'a date which will live in infamy' . . . there were two 'Acts' of tyranny committed. The first was a public signing of the Military Commissions Act of 2006 (MCA) which eliminated the writ of habeas corpus allowing the president to declare you an 'unlawful enemy combatant' and end your rights to seek legal or judicial relief from unlawful imprisonment.

The writ of habeas corpus is a "fundamental instrument for safeguarding individual freedom against arbitrary and lawless state action".(20)

For the American citizen, the term 'unlawful enemy combatant' is very ominous. The law states the following:

"(1) UNLAWFUL ENEMY COMBATANT - (A) The term 'unlawful enemy combatant' means--
(i) a person who has engaged in hostilities or who has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States or its co-belligerents who is not a lawful enemy combatant (including a person who is part of the Taliban, al-Qaeda, or associated forces); or

(ii) a person who, before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, has been determined to be an unlawful enemy combatant by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal or another competent tribunal established under the authority of the president or the secretary of defense."(21)

"Notice that this definition contains no exception for Americans; it throws the blanket over citizen and alien alike by using the word 'person' rather than 'alien'."(22)

All Americans should know that the suspension of the 'writ of habeas corpus' by the 'Military Commissions Act of 2006' is a violation of Article 1, Section 9 of the U. S. Constitution which states: "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

What is MOST unsettling is that the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) thought the law to be significant enough to post the entire 'Act' on its website. That should tell you something. It is like notches on a gun, it reflects another one of their goals has been achieved. Be afraid America . . . be VERY afraid(23)

Watch this MSNBC video with Keith Olbermann and Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley covering the suspension or the death of Habeas Corpus 1789-2006. During the video coverage of the MCA public ceremony, take notice of the shameful downcast shifting eyes of General Peter Pace and blank blinking eyes of CIA Chief and CFR member, General Michael Hayden, who are standing behind the president. It shows that they both understand that they have just witnessed a coup de grace and know that the MCA has just created a dictator-in-chief!

Martial Law Stalks America . . .

The second 'Act' of tyranny took place in a private Oval Office ceremony, in which the president signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2007 which eliminates the protections of the Posse Comitatus Act and re-wrote the Insurrection Act.

Posse Comitatus is Latin for 'power of the country.' It WAS a law that was "championed by far-sighted Southern lawmakers in 1878. They had experienced a fifteen year military occupation by the US Army in post-Civil War law enforcement. They understood the heel of a jackboot."(24)

The Posse Comitatus Act banned the "Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines from participating in arrest, searches, seizure of evidence and other police-type activity on U.S. soil. The Coast Guard and National Guard troops under the control of state governors are excluded from the act."(24)

Military Commissions Act Speech

The NDAA also modified Sec. 334 of the Insurrection Act, giving the President authority to order the dispersal of either insurgents or 'those obstructing the enforcement of the laws'. That particular section titled 'Insurrection' was renamed the 'Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order'.

Under the 'revised' Insurrection Act the President can now deploy troops as a police force: 'during a natural disaster, epidemic, serious public health emergency, terrorist attack, OR OTHER CONDITIONS', when the President determines that the authorities of the state are 'incapable of maintaining public order'.

So . . . in a 'nutshell' . . . the NDAA will allow the president to declare a 'public emergency' call forth the military, take control of state-based National Guard, without the consent of the governor or local authorities, in order to 'suppress public disorder'! The declaration of martial law will invoke Executive Orders (EOs) that will permit forced relocations, work camps and a plethora of other 'lawful orders' . . . that will control of every facet of life in this country.

The New Orleans, National Guard gun confiscation was the martial law 'trial' run. Watch this video as the troops violate the fourth amendment which guarantees the "right of the people to be secure in their person, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated" without a warrant being issued.

The second amendment, which states that "the right to keep and bear Arms shall NOT be infringed", was also violated. View this video of more gun confiscation by local police and sheriffs which occurs in complete, abject and total violation of our Constitutional Rights!

In The Final Analysis . . .

What is the purpose of the NAU? It is to erase America by eliminating our Constitutional Republic, Bill of Rights, laws, and sovereignty. Why bother to struggle to bring forth the NAU through a long drawn out process, when you can use, or create, a 'trigger' that will invoke each the two 'Acts' just discussed. The MCA and the NDAA combined will provide for instant totalitarian rule, the ultimate goal of the NAU and the planned AU (Americas Union).

It took the One World Monopolists 55 years to create the EU. They want much quicker results for the AU. They are aging and dying and want to see more of their evil works come to fruition.

Just as the refusal to close our borders to illegal entry has allowed the de facto elimination of our sovereign southern border, a required component of the NAU, the elimination of the writ of habeas corpus by the MCA and the elimination of posse comitatus under the NDAA are additional, but very dangerous, components for achieving their ultimate goal of a totalitarian state. It is a way to literally 'cut to the chase'!

What those two laws do is take away our freedom of speech and right of assembly under threat of imprisonment as an 'unlawful enemy combatant' while denying our Constitutional right to apply the writ of habeas corpus in order to end any unlawful imprisonment.

The MCA is a law which creates a "Combatant Status Review Tribunal" or "another competent tribunal established under the authority of the president or the secretary of defense" which will enable the government to call you an "unlawful enemy combatant" defined as "a person who has engaged in hostilities or who has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States or its co-belligerents".

At the very least it will make it impossible for We the People to publicly demonstrate our discontent with their treasonous NAU plans because you can be cited as an 'unlawful enemy combatant' who is engaged in 'public disorder.' In fact if you protest in any way against the NAU, or its component parts, . . . they can call you an 'unlawful enemy combatant,' pick you up, put you in jail and throw away the key because the MCA eliminates the Constitutionally guaranteed writ of habeas corpus.

Just as the USA patriot act was the result of 9/11, the MCA and NDAA and its ability to call forth martial law will allow the shadow government to take over the country and dictatorially control ALL, under color of law.

Frightening beyond all measure . . .

Still Think There Is No Police State?

Then watch this video of a lone woman in a skirt and heels, who is wearing a red jacket and carrying a sign that says 'Fear Totalitarianism' as she is maliciously shot in the back and leg with rubber bullets by some members of the SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactics) 'para-military' police as they apply excessive and unwarranted force.

Then as she crouches down behind her sign they shoot her again in the head, just above her eyes. Watch as the commander of the police laughs and jokes with the men about shooting her in the head, as if it is some kind of macho joke.

She was protesting the use of excessive force during a free trade protest. Catch the irony there? What has happened to those who once were to 'protect and defend' We the People? Encouraged by our federal government, they have turned on us with a police state mentality. Shameful and terrifying . . . right here in America.

FBI Informs Local Police To Watch Out For 'Defenders' of US Constitution:

FBI Brochures, printed at taxpayer expense to inform law enforcement how to define when the 'Joint Terrorism Task Force' is to be notified. For example: "Groups or individuals operating entirely inside the US, attempting to influence the US government or population to effect political or social change by engaging in criminal activity'." Where criminal activity is listed as being: "Right-Wing Extremists [who are] 'defenders' of US Constitution against federal government and the UN (Super Patriots) - Groups of individuals engaged in para-military training . . . Hate Groups: [such as] Christian Identity and White Nationalists."

How does one 'defend' the Constitution AGAINST the federal government when THEY are sworn to 'protect and defend' that same Constitution? Isn't that an oxymoron?

Does the 'para-military training' include Constitutionally permitted militias? It doesn't say. 'White Nationalists' what does that mean, anybody who is white and believes in national sovereignty? 'Christian Identity' . . . does that mean anybody that identifies themselves as a Christian?(28)

"In June of 2006, Florida Family Policy Council staff members and volunteers were collecting petitions for the Florida Marriage Protection Amendment as a paid exhibitor under a tent with several other ministries at a Promise Keepers Conference in Sunrise, Florida. What began as a productive day of distributing information and collecting petitions turned into a constitutional showdown when several officers from the Sunrise Police Department showed up and shut down the gathering of petitions . . . Approximately 21,000 more petitions are needed to reach the required 611,009 petitions to place the amendment on the 2008 ballot."(29)(30)(31)

"The officer in charge, Sergeant Stephen Allen, took it upon himself to lecture the petition collectors on Jesus' view of homosexuality and the Bible's instruction to obey authorities, all the while refusing to produce the legal basis for denying the volunteers' right to collect petitions for Florida4Marriage.org. To add insult, after removing the Florida4Marriage.org petitions from the exhibit table, Sgt. Allen mockingly kissed another male officer."(29)(30)(31)

Any 'light bulbs' going off yet?

The Florida4Marriage organization needs approximately 21,000 more signed petitions in order to reach the required 611,009 petitions necessary to place the amendment on the 2008 ballot. If you live in Florida, you might want to help them out by signing the petition as a way to cast your vote against the police state.(31)

Law Enforcement Condones Sedition While Terrorizing Ordinary Americans . . .

Why is it that millions of illegal alien reconquista rabble can march in our streets and shout from the rooftops their seditious plans to take over the southwest and kick out the white Europeans, and our government does nothing. But if you happen to be a Veterans Administration nurse, who wrote a letter to an editor complaining about the Iraq War, and the government's handling of Hurricane Katrina, she gets investigated for sedition. That's a fact of life today, here in America.(32)

Then there is George Barisich who lost everything in Katrina, his business, his home . . . while at the same time his extended family "lost 14 of their 17 houses in St. Bernard," Louisiana. Barisich was ticketed after six DHS security officers surrounded him in his vehicle on a Wal-Mart parking lot for giving away a T-shirt which said: "Flooded by Katrina! Forgotten by FEMA! What's Next, Mr. Bush?" The parking lot was considered 'federal property' because there was a FEMA center located elsewhere on it. Barisich was there picking up canned goods from a charity relief tent.(33)

Or . . . Jan Hall an Orange County Florida, Sadler Elementary School teacher who wrote a letter to her congressman that was confiscated by someone who translated it and had it published in the Spanish language newspaper El Nuevo Dia to incite hate and anger against her. As a result, Jan Hall was immediately suspended without pay, and threatened with loss of her teaching license after 33 years of teaching.

All this was done before a thorough investigation and in violation of her civil rights. Ms. Hall is now pursuing a $20 million dollar lawsuit against the school and its administration stating: " . . . you nevertheless, chose to use her exercise of these clearly protected Constitutional rights as grounds to suspend her without pay, to publicly disparage and humiliate her, to demonize her in the Greater Orlando community . . ."(35)

Unfortunately today, it takes a law suit to preserve your constitutional rights.

Oregon Trooper Tramples The First Amendment . . .

A man by the name of Brownlow, a former campaign worker for Mary Starrett who ran for Governor of Oregon in the 2006 election, "was standing on the sidewalk, with his wife and 12-year old daughter, adjacent to a Portland mall, peacefully holding up a sign that read "SUPPORT OUR TROOPS -- BRING THEM HOME!" Brownlow's son, Jared, is currently serving with the US Army in Baghdad, making this a personal as well as political action."(36)

According to Brownlow: "While they displayed their sign to passing motorists, Trooper Ken Moore saw the family, sped up to the scene, and stopped in the street in front of the small sidewalk demonstration . . . The visibly agitated trooper then got out of his patrol vehicle and began shouting at us claiming that we were 'breaking the law,' and demanded that we put away the sign and 'leave the area immediately'. . . "(36)

He goes on to say that: "'My wife, Suzanne, and I were peaceably exercising our constitutional right of free speech and assembly during an Iraqi war demonstration, and here I was being threatened with imprisonment by a police officer obviously angry about my position on the Iraq war,' explained Brownlow. "(36)

"Surprisingly, . . . when he asked what law was being broken by him and his family, Trooper Moore replied, 'When a trooper tells you that you are breaking the law, that is all you need to know'."(36)

" . . . Brownlow, a savvy political activist, demanded to know what law or ordinance was being broken at which point Trooper Moore jumped over the traffic barrier onto the sidewalk and shouted directly into Mr. Brownlow's face that, 'It was enough to be told the law was being broken, and that if you did not move immediately, you will be arrested'." Preaching 'God's Word' Can Get You 47 Years In Jail . . .

"Oct. 10, [2004] a group of 11 Christians was "preaching God's Word" to a crowd of people attending the Philadelphia 'OutFest' event and displaying banners with biblical messages. After a confrontation with a group called the Pink Angels, described by protesters as 'a militant mob of homosexuals,' the Christians were arrested and spent a night in jail. . . None of the Pink Angels was cited or arrested."(37)

"After a preliminary hearing in December, Judge William Austin Meehan ordered four of the Christians to stand trial on three felony and five misdemeanor charges. . . Eight charges were filed: criminal conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime [a bullhorn], reckless endangerment of another person, ethnic intimidation, riot, failure to disperse, disorderly conduct and obstructing highways. If convicted, each could have received a maximum of 47 years in prison."(37)

"The ethnic intimidation charge stems from Pennsylvania's 'hate crimes' law – to which the newest 'victim' category of 'sexual orientation' was recently added. The protesters say a Philadelphia police officer told them that because they were on a public sidewalk they were permitted to move freely through the event. A few minutes later, however, they were arrested and removed."(38)

"Responding to the riot charge, the [Christian] group's statement said: 'Despite the fact that our behavior was above reproach and we were attacked by a mob of whistle-blowing, obscenity-screaming God haters, the Christians, and only the Christians, were charged'."(39)

Fortunately, for the Christians, an independent videographer by the name of Shaw had made a videotape of the confrontation, which is available online which "was used by the protesters' lawyers during the preliminary hearing. There likely would not have been a taped record of the Christians' arrest had Shaw not have been in Philadelphia to interview Marcavage [the leader of the Christian protest who fortunately was wearing a wireless mike during the event]. 'The footage is telling the truth,' he explained. 'It's very unbiased because we were not there for Repent America [the Christian group] . . . '."(40)

The brave and honorable "Judge Pamela Dembe of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas dismissed the charges, saying that she found no basis whatsoever for any of them." Unfortunately, there are not many like her on the bench today.(37)

Be Afraid America . . . be VERY afraid!

As of April 26, 2007, "A fast-tracked congressional plan to add special protections for homosexuals to federal law would turn 'thoughts, feeling, and beliefs' into criminal offenses and put Christians in the bull's-eye . . . The proposal has been endorsed by majority Democrats on the committee, and already has 137 sponsors in the full House, making it possible it could be voted on in a matter of days or weeks."(41)

Update: It did pass the House the first week of May 2007. HR 1492 imposes a longer sentence on a criminal motivated by hate than someone who commits exactly the same crime. It can lead to "federal censorship of religious or political speech on the grounds that the speech incites hate". Hate crime laws have been used to silence free speech.(42)

According to Ron Paul: "Hate crime laws not only violate the First Amendment, they also violate the Tenth Amendment. Under the Constitution there are only three federal crimes: piracy, treason, and counterfeiting. All other criminal matters are left to the individual states. Any federal legislation dealing with criminal matters not related to these three issues usurps state authority over criminal law and takes a step toward turning the states into mere administrative units of the federal government."(42)

How They Are Implementing The End Of America's Sovereignty . . .

The tri-lateral cabal consisting of President Fox, Prime Minister Martin, and President Bush have used NAFTA as a vehicle to create the Trojan horse called the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) which was officially announced on March 23, 2005, in Waco, Texas. By design . . . the plan was little noticed when it was formally announced.

In the course of thirteen years, the 1994 NAFTA 'trade agreement' has cost millions of American jobs and closed many of our manufacturing plants. Having made their official tri-lateral agreement and announcement, President Bush believed he was then entitled to order the Executive Branch of our government to do his bidding. "INCREASING PRIVATE SECTOR ENGAGEMENT in the SPP by adding high-level BUSINESS INPUT will ASSIST GOVERNMENTS in enhancing North America's competitive position and ENGAGE THE PRIVATE SECTOR AS PARTNERS IN FINDING SOLUTIONS."(46)

Who ARE Those Being 'Engaged' In The 'Private Sector'?

Treason Abounds . . .

Lou Dobbs wanted to know why CFR member Robert Pastor, "an out-of-control elitist" who was "not elected or appointed to do a darn thing" can be so intimately involved in working to create the NAU. Pastor speaks about creating a continental border at the northern border of Canada and the southern border of Mexico. He also calls for a common external tariff. Pastor says the that the three countries have no interest nor are they looking to combine into one, which of course is a BLATANT LIE! Treason ALSO Abounds In The Department of Homeland Security on Chertoff's Orders . . .

According to our president and the spp.gov website . . . the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) is 'just a dialog' and yet it is never discussed in the media. Why is that? Isn't it important enough? Or, do they have something to hide? The SPP is in fact MUCH, MUCH, more than they let on or tell us about as discovered from an initialed memorandum by Michael Chertoff, covering the 'Implementation of the Security and Prosperity Partnership', dated September 22, 2005 obtained by Judicial Watch under FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act).(51)

Suspiciously, and according to Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch who filed the FOIA request: "Unlike previous records produced by other federal agencies, the DHS records are heavily redacted to withhold the names of the US, Mexican and Canadian government officials carrying out the partnership's agenda across all three countries."(51)

What Is Chertoff Hiding By His 'Heavily Redacted' Documents?

According to Michael Chertoff: "DHS-led U.S.-Canada and U.S.-Mexico groups already in existence will take on the SPP actions within their scope. Moreover, in several cases, new groups will need to be established. That said, the SPP has, in addition to identifying a number of new action items, comprehensively rolled up most of our existing homeland security-related policy initiatives with Canada and Mexico (see note 2 below), and ongoing action and reporting in the various U.S.-Canada and U.S.-Mexico working groups led by DHS should now [be] driven by a single agenda: the SPP. Henceforth, any U.S.-Canada, U.S.-Mexico briefing materials should -- instead of referring to preexisting actions items -- refer to the SPP agenda."(52)

"Note 2: The 32-point Ridge-Manley Accords, the DHS-Public Safety Emergency Preparedness Canada (PSEPC) Action Plan and the U.S.-Canada Public Security Technical Program with Canada; the 22-point Border Partnership Action Plan, the 16-point Short Term Action Plan with Mexico and the U.S.-Mexico Memorandum of Understanding on Repatriation. Key elements, of DOJ-led law enforcement efforts, such as the Cross Border Crime Forum with Canada and Senior Law Enforcement Plenary with Mexico, have also been included in the SPP."(52)

Isn't it disturbing to know that we work together with the Senior Law Enforcement officers from Mexico, many of whom are known to be corrupt and working with people involved in drug running and human trafficking? What do they learn from us that might compromise our security? Who knows?

What are the 'working groups' working on? Why is there no information in the media about their 'workings'? Why do they have secret meetings in Banff, Canada where no media is permitted? What's going on behind our backs?

Most revealing is the fact that MANY in our House and Senate have dismissed the fact that Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) is a mechanism for creating the North American Union as an internet conspiracy theory. Are they lying? Are they stupid? Are they willfully turning a blind eye? Are they part of the cabal? Or . . . all of the above?

Lastly, it is quite interesting that the "term homeland was used in the 1930s to describe a position of the Austrian Minister Zernatto who negotiated terms with the Nazis. Today homeland is a Russian political party and is also used to describe all of Russia. In 2002, Republican speechwriter Peggy Noonan wrote , "The name Homeland Security grates on a lot of people, understandably. Homeland isn't really an American word, it's not something we used to say or say now."(53)

Howard Phillips, who has formed a coalition to block the NAU stated: "The economic route being pursued behind closed doors by SPP working groups is a replay of the exact stealth route taken in Europe . . ."(55)

According to John Hammell of International Advocates for Health Freedom: "A key goal of the Trilateral Cooperation Charter is to limit the public's access to food supplements and vitamins that are fundamental to many types of alternative medicine, . . . The Trilateral Cooperation Charter is determined to attack the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 [DSHEA] by moving to merge [harmonize] our food and drug regulations with those of Canada and Mexico, both of whom . . . define dietary supplements as 'DRUGS', not food supplements."(56)

"The US and Canada contested the prohibition and in 1997 a panel of the WTO ruled that the EU measure was not in line with the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS) . . ."(58)

In other words they were overruled by the WTO. Do you want to have the WTO overruling our Supreme Court? They will be able to under the 'treaty' agreements that are being signed and enforced without the Senate's Constitutionally mandated two-thirds vote.

Secrecy Abounds at Banff Meeting . . . 'Evolution By Stealth'

Banff, Canada, September, 2006 hosted a meeting on "Border Infrastructure and Continental Prosperity" at the North American Forum. Attending was a well known foe of the NAU by the name of Mel Hurtig, who said . . . "What is sinister about this meeting is that it involved high level government officials and some of the top and most powerful business leaders of the three countries and the North American Forum in organizing the meeting intentionally did not inform the press in any of the three countries . . ."(59)

Notes of the meeting obtained by Judicial Watch under a FOIA found the revealing notation of 'evolution by stealth' on them. Some of the documents it received were from the "U.S. Northern Command, whose commander, Admiral Timothy Keating, participated in the conference along with Northcom political adviser Deborah Bolton and Plans, Policy and Strategy Director Maj. General Mark Volcheff. A similar request concerning participation in the North American Forum meeting by former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld is still pending."(59)

The emphasis at the meeting was on the "importance of 'deepening economic integration,' 'integrating the energy infrastructure' and 'the development of new institutions' between the three North American nations. Note the 'code' words highlighted. "Participants promoted the idea of using popular issues, such as concern over climate change, to push integration of energy and environmental governance and the possibility of imposing a carbon tax."(59)

Blair's spokesman said an amending treaty would not require a referendum 'in the same way that for the last 50 years other treaties of the kind that we're envisaging haven't needed a referendum'."(71)

And THAT, is exactly how they have created the EU. They simply go ahead and do whatever, whenever, and however they 'envisage' it to be done. That is the methodology they are applying here to create the NAU.

As you can see those 'no' votes didn't deter the One World Monopolists. They simply forge onward without permission even after TWO 'no' votes. They finally realized that the people were waking up to reality and they had lost control. Graham Watson, the chairman of the Liberals, said: "A text drafted in the catacombs of the Bundeskanzleramt and signed by the presidents of the three European institutions should not have the temerity to start with ‘we the peoples of European union’ . . . "

The American Version of 'NO' That Is Ignored By The Shadow Gov't . . .

A perfect example of how the One World Monopolists operate here is obvious when 80% of the American people say 'NO' to open borders and the massive illegal alien invasion, and the plutocrats say 'YES' by not sealing off our borders. They say 'YES' by facilitating the invasion through non-enforcement of our 200 year old immigration laws. Our government says 'YES' by having sanctuary cities and pathetic, 'for show' immigration round-ups. To add insult to injury the legal system says 'YES' . . . when the captured illegal aliens go in the front door to be 'booked', and then come out the back laughing their heads off. Illegal aliens either don't show up for deportation hearings or get a free ride back to Mexico on the taxpayer's dime. Once there, they simply turn around and sneak back into our country the next day, because they have 'no fear' of reprisal from the law.

The American people say 'NO' to allowing Mexican trucks to haul their loads into America because they don't read or speak English in order to ask questions or read our road signs. They are permitted to ignore our emissions standards, thanks to a US Supreme Court decision. They are often required to drive for days without sleep to arrive at their destinations on time, so they routinely use drugs to keep awake. Mexico does not require regular drug testing, nor do they have the facilities to do such testing. If they keep DOT logs, who is going to verify them? Do they meet our insurance and registration requirements? We the People say NO, and yet the Executive Branch's Department of Transportation defiantly says 'YES' even though Mexico has refused to allow the reciprocal entry of American truckers into Mexico in violation of the original NAFTA 'trade' agreement. Lou Dobbs reports on the Mexican truck invasion, and says he considers it a "straight forward attack on national sovereignty".

May 8, 2007, at a luncheon in Mexico City, Mexico which was sponsored by the American Chamber of Commerce, Franklin L. Lavin, the undersecretary for international trade for the United States of America said: "A pilot program to allow Mexican trucks into all areas of the United States should be in place by July [2007] . . . "Access to the U.S. by Mexican trucks has been delayed for years by safety and environmental concerns and resistance from U.S. truckers."(73)

Lavin ran over all those legitimate objections by saying: "To my mind Mexico has lived up to its responsibility' in addressing safety concerns raised by the U.S. Congress . . . We fully intend to go ahead with liberalization in July. So we're on track."(73)

Scary, scary, scary comments . . . he says . . . 'To my mind' with no forthcoming proof that Mexico has complied with the regulatory requirements involving truck safety, criminal background checks, drug testing, validation of CDL driver training and licensing, the ability to speak and read English road signs, etc., or the reciprocation for American drivers to drive their trucks in Mexico. It doesn't matter because the One World Monopolists 'fully intend to go ahead in July'!

Here Are Some Similarities Between the NAU and Britain Under the EU . . .

The illegal alien invasion provides the One World Monopolist shadow government with a de facto erasure of our borders. It is the primary reason they remain wide open and why our immigration laws are not enforced. What better way to slide us into the North American Union. For example: They use the SPP.gov website to counter our opposition to the SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership) by putting out a rebuttal titled SPP Myths vs. Facts which can be found here. Just scroll down to item number one on their list which states:

Myth: The SPP was an agreement signed by President Bush and his Mexican and Canadian counterparts in Waco, TX, on March 23, 2005.

Fact: The SPP is a dialogue to increase security and enhance prosperity among the three countries. The SPP is NOT an agreement nor is it a treaty. In fact, no agreement was EVER signed.(74)

Their 'fact' is a BALD-FACED LIE! It is propaganda in its boldest form. How do you know? Because on a Canadian government website there was a five page statement posted and signed by Prime Minister Martin which declares the following: "on March 23, President Bush, President Fox and I SIGNED the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America that establishes the way forward on our continental agenda for security, prosperity and quality of life."(75)

How Long Have The One World Monopolists Been Lying To Us?

At least since 1931 when Arnold Toynbee, a Fabian socialist, Rhodes Round Tabler and court historian for the British Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA), the counterpart to our CFR, spoke before the Conference of Institutions for the Scientific Study of International Affairs, in Copenhagen, on The Trend of International Affairs Since the War. He took that opportunity to brazenly announce to his fellow globalists:

"If we are frank with ourselves, we shall admit that we are engaged on a deliberate and sustained and concentrated effort to impose limitations upon the sovereignty and independence of the fifty or sixty local sovereign independent States [Nations] which at present partition the habitable surface of the earth and divide the political allegiance of mankind."

Toynbee went on to say, “It is just because we are really attacking the principle of local sovereignty that we keep on protesting our loyalty to it so loudly. The harder we press our attack upon the idol, the more pains we take to keep its priests and devotees in a fool’s paradise—lapped in a false sense of security which will inhibit them from taking up arms in their idol’s defense.”

Toynbee then launched into an attack on national sovereignty of the sort reserved for his fellow elitists: "The local national state, invested with the attributes of sovereignty—is an abomination of desolation standing in the place where it ought not. It has stood in that place now … for four or five centuries. Our political task in our generation is to cast the abomination out . . . "

Lastly he said: "… I will not prophesy. I will merely repeat that we are at present working, discreetly but with all our might, to wrest this mysterious political force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local national states of our world. And all the time we are denying with our lips what we are doing with our hands, because to impugn the sovereignty of the local national states of the world is still a heresy for which a statesman or a publicist can be—perhaps not quite burnt at the stake, but certainly ostracized and discredited . . ."(76)

America is a Constitutional Republic . . . NOT a Democracy

How often have you heard people refer to America as a Democracy? When was the last time that you heard America referred to as a Republic? There is a very good reason that our Pledge of Allegiance refers to our country as a Republic and there is a very good reason that our Declaration of Independence and our constitution do not even mentioned the word 'democracy'.

Many people are under the false impression that our form of government is a democracy, which of course we are NOT! We are a Constitutional Republic which democratically elects our representatives to Congress. But you would never know that is the case because ALL you constantly hear that 'we are a democracy'. Such constantly repeated dis-information is a form of propaganda being deliberately spouted by all manner of politicians and government officials. It is a form of brain-washing. They can't all be that ignorant of our history and Constitution, can they? If not, why are they constantly re-iterating the 'democracy' propaganda? For what purpose?

The Founders of our country were extremely knowledgeable about the issue of democracy and feared a democracy as much as a monarchy. They understood that the only entity that can take away the people's freedom is their own government, either by being too weak to protect them from external threats or by becoming too powerful and taking over every aspect of life. BOTH of which we now face.

Our forefathers knew very well the meaning of the word "democracy", and the history of democracies; and they were deliberately doing everything in their power to prevent having a democracy.

In a Republic, the sovereignty resides with the people themselves. In a Republic, one may act on his own or through his representatives when he chooses to solve a problem. The people have no obligation to the government; instead, the government is a servant of the people, and obliged to its owner, We the People. Many politicians have lost sight of that fact. We need to take back our sovereign rights to control those 'servants'.

A Constitutional Republic has some similarities to democracy in that it uses democratic processes to elect representatives and pass new laws, etc. The critical difference lies in the fact that a Constitutional Republic has a Constitution that limits the powers of the government. It also spells out how the government is structured, creating checks on its power and balancing power between the different branches.

What we have now is a far cry from the Constitutional Republic created by our founding fathers, which was based upon checks and balances. Our Congress has COMPLETELY capitulated its Constitutional duties to the executive branch by rubber stamping the two bills titled the Military Commissions Act (MCA) of 2006 and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2007. Those two 'Acts' have granted the president 'despotic powers' and placed 'We the People' in dire peril far exceeding anything that has come before. It is a far cry from the goal of a Constitutional Republic which was created to avoid the dangerous extreme of either tyranny or mobocracy, BOTH of which now exist in America.

Today . . . Tyranny Already Reigns!

The traitors of our country are working to render us hopeless and helpless, and under the dominion of foreign entities who will control our freedom of movement, power grids and resources. Does that frighten you to think that we will be subjected to the dominion of foreign countries and their control right here in our own country? It should!

The business of the journalists is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. You know it and I know it, and what folly is this toasting an independent press?

Control of the American Media by the Wealthy Elite is Nothing New . . .

In February 1917, Congressman Callaway inserted the following statement in the Congressional Record in an effort to expose the control of our newspapers by J.P. Morgan and his associates. Their intent was to use the print media to disseminate propaganda aimed at forcing the United States into the First World War.

Morgan interests ... got together 12 men high up in the newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to CONTROL generally the policy of the daily press of the United States. These 12 men worked the problem out by selecting 179 newspapers, and then began, by an elimination process, to retain only those necessary for the purpose of controlling the general policy of the daily press throughout the country. They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25 of the greatest papers. The 25 papers were agreed upon; emissaries were sent to purchase the policy ... of these papers; ... an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and edit information.... This contract is in existence at the present time, and it accounts for the news columns of the daily press of the country being filled with all sorts of preparedness arguments and misrepresentations...."(83)

By the end of World War II, the Rockefellers, and their front organization the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), rivaled the power of J.P. Morgan interests in controlling the major media and publishing outlets in the United States. Charles Austin Beard was America's leading historian during the first half of the twentieth century. Writing in the Saturday Evening Post on October 4, 1947, he warned:

"The Rockefeller Foundation and the Council on Foreign Relations ... intend to prevent ... a repetition of what they call ... "the debunking journalistic campaign following World War I." Translated into precise English, this means that the Foundation and the Council do not want journalists or any other persons to examine too closely and criticize too freely the official propaganda and official statements relative to our basic aims and activities during World War II."

Even in 1947 it was apparent that the Rockefellers and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) had the power to censor the news. It is not simply by chance that since 1953 all but one American Secretary of State, all but one Deputy Secretary of State, all but one Director of the CIA, and every Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board have come from the Rockefeller-controlled Council on Foreign Relations. Then There Was Those Russian Observations . . .

John Pilger, an investigative journalist, cites the following story: "During the Cold War, a group of Russian journalists toured the United States. On the final day of their visit, they were asked by their hosts for their impressions. 'I have to tell you,' said their spokesman, “that we were astonished to find, after reading all the newspapers and watching TV, that all the opinions on all the vital issues were, by and large, the same. To get that result in our country, we imprison people, we tear out their fingernails. Here, you don't have that. What's the secret? How do you do it?”(85)

Pilger then rhetorically asks: "What is the secret? It's a question now urgently asked of those whose job is to keep the record straight: who in this country have extraordinary constitutional freedom. I refer to journalists, of course, a small group who hold privileged sway over the way we think, even the way we use language."(85)

Each of the newspapers had a readership of about 5,000 homes. They will each receive TWO MILLION DOLLARS for their miniscule readership circulation. This fact tells you how important the One World Monopolists believe the control of the media is, and it is their answer to keeping the sheeple in the dark!

If it is a valid claim that 'global warming' or 'climate change' is caused by we humans, then why is it necessary for the global warming alarmists to so viciously attack those who disagree? The evidence for global warming should be powerful enough to refute those who disagree. Instead we find an almost religious fervor about global warming and man's shameful contribution to it, rather than facts. That should be a 'red flag' for anyone who is paying attention.

In FACT the preponderance of evidence shows that we humans contribute such an infinitesimal amount of CO2 that we couldn't possibly be responsible for global warming. Further, there is that stubborn FACT that, according to ice core samples from BEFORE the industrial age, CO2 emissions were significantly higher than today -- which says volumes about their absurd claims!

Lastly, the global warming alarmists have ignored the MASSIVE amount of scientific data that CLEARLY shows that warming and cooling of the climate is DIRECTLY related to sun flares and accompanying solar winds.

The response to those three paragraphs should be: Huh, what did he just say? And, why should we give up our sovereignty? Logic does NOT prevail. How does a nation, or as they brain-wash you by calling them 'states,' give up ELEMENTS of sovereignty? You are either sovereign or you are NOT! First they want a you to give up a little, then more, and more . . . until there is nothing left, as demonstrated by the death of their national sovereignty by ALL of the once sovereign nations of the EU who are now not even 'states', just an amorphous blob called the European Union.

Here's a reality check: Those flimsy, deceptive arguments that "globalization entails the increasing volume, velocity, and importance of 'flows' . . . of people, ideas, greenhouse gases, goods, dollars, drugs, viruses, e-mail, weapons and a good deal else" somehow 'challenges' sovereignty, requiring it to be weakened, is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! Think about it, those things already can and do happen DAILY. . . all without ONE WHIT of need to weaken or reduce our sovereignty. See how they manipulate us with their brain-washing propaganda? Do you suppose that argument, which was made before our Congress, will be used by its members to ramp up the assault on creating justification for the NAU? Count on it!

Of Course It's Really All About the MONEY!

Why is there all this false propaganda, vicious censorship and intimidation? The fact is that the driving force behind 'climate change' is the same as it always is . . . MONEY!

Money that will come from global fines and taxes on carbon emissions. Money from non-profits and governments that flows to those who labor in the global warming research field. Money from tax dollars that will be used to fund the 'global warming' industry and its associated minions who promulgate the rules and regulations. Massive amounts of money that will be spent to provide informational education, media exposure and those costly propaganda materials. Money to pay for meeting venues. And, don't forget about those who will be paid money to police those 'carbon emission' law breakers.

Then there is the money to be made by corporations who will make all of those carbon free technologies and products. Products that are already being foisted upon us such as the highly touted mercury filled light bulbs which are poisonous to humans and very costly for consumers.

Global warming also provides 'talking points' and 'planks' for hyping political positions. The hoax also gives unwarranted prominence on the world stage for 'propagandists' like Al Gore and Bill Clinton who receive massive speaking fees for their appearances not to mention all that ego stroking notoriety, and 'networking' that accompanies their 'command performances'.

The latest Clinton appearance was as the host for the 'climate summit' of 'world's mayors' held by NY City's Mayor Michael Bloomberg (CFR Member) for the "leaders from around the globe . . . with a message that the campaign to reverse global warming begins with the world's mayors."(103)

The 'climate summit' produced an agreement by sixteen cities around the world who will begin cutting carbon emissions by renovating city-owned building with green technology including New York, Chicago, Houston, Toronto, Mexico City, London, Berlin and Tokyo.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said in a statement: "By bringing together cities and partnering with the private sector, President Clinton [CFR member] and the Clinton [Global Initiative] foundation are providing the tools to help cities achieve our goals . . . "(104)

"The makeovers will include replacing heating, cooling and lighting systems with energy-efficient networks; making roofs white or reflective to deflect more of the sun's heat; sealing windows and installing new models that let more light in; and setting up sensors to control more efficient use of lights and air conditioning."(104)

The public-private combination of business, banks and mayors will be a partnership of monumental fascist proportions. The CLASSIC FASCIST combining of corporate desires and government power will connect the mayors with their willing partners of: Citigroup Inc., Deutsche Bank AG, JPMorgan Chase & Co., UBS AG, and ABN Amro who will make those projects possible. Clinton said: "They're going to save money, make money, create jobs and have a tremendous collective impact on climate change all at once . . . "(104)

But . . . whose money will it be? Why, taxpayers' money, of course . . .and with INTEREST to those banking 'partners' and corporations that provide the 'products. All taken on by a single person for those large cities . . . the MAYOR!

Lastly, the 'global warming' hype will provide 'fodder' for the One World Monopolists and their totalitarian goals. Climate change, aka 'global warming' will become one more of the mechanisms the plutocracy will use to control, dominate, and enslave us all.

More Proof About The 'Hoax Propandists' . . .

One reason for the push to promote the global warming hoax is evident when John Deutch, former head of the CIA, told those at a secret Trilateral Commission (TC) meeting in Brussels that: "America should impose a $1-per gallon increase in the gasoline tax as penance for causing pollution . . . " The very next day, The Washington Post, "which is always present at TC and Bilderberg meetings," obediently called for just such an increase on its editorial page.(105)

Rothschild & Sons, member of the House of Lords and former chief of the Defense Staff in London said: 'We must address the global climate crisis with a single voice, and impose rules that apply worldwide,' he said. The catastrophic scenarios being painted by the globalists and their coterie as they bludgeon us with their newest mantra of 'global warming' . . . stretches credulity. One has only to consider that climate changes, aka 'global warming', takes decades and sometimes centuries to occur. This insane hype, which includes talking of 'abrupt' or 'dramatic' change, is laughable.

Oddly enough, never once is the question asked about the legitimacy of 'global warming.' Most importantly, why is there no questioning about the assumption that it is being caused by carbon dioxide from we humans. All this hype is really nothing but propaganda in its boldest form. It is simply globalist trickery to enfeeble the great strides of modernity and middle class prosperity. It is just another way to enslave and control We the People. In a speech made before the U.S. Senate on December 15, 1987 Senator Jesse Helms, spoke eloquently about the coming One World Monopoly when he said:

Just How Are They Erasing America? Let Us Count The Ways . . .

Public Roads

Arrogantly, the last three US presidents have been pushing for the massive forfeiture of our sovereign land to foreign countries. They promote and condone the 'pillaging and sacking' of our taxpayer financed and taxpayer owned infrastructure consisting of roads, bridges, tunnels, ports, waterworks and much, much more. It is an orgy of deals at firesale prices to create toll roads that will criss-cross America. Roads which had been already paid for and owned by 'We the People'.

As for WHY our infrastructure is being auctioned off to the highest bidder, mostly foreign investors, the answer is that George H. W. Bush, a traitor and One World Monopolist, wrote and signed an ILLEGAL Executive Order (EO) 12803 on April 30, 1992 commanding that it be done. That EO was published in only two places, Cornell University and on waterindustry.org, which has been removed. The following was taken from EO 12803 and can be found in Section 1 on 'Definitions':

"For the purpose of this order: (a) ‘Privatization’ means the disposition of or transfer of an infrastructure asset, such as by sale or by long-term lease, from State or local government to a private party."

"(b) 'Infrastructure asset' means any asset financed in whole or in part by the Federal Government and needed for the functioning of the economy. Examples of such assets include, but are not limited to: roads, tunnels, bridges, electricity supply facilities, mass transit, rail transportation, airports, ports, waterways, water supply facilities, recycling and wastewater treatment facilities, solid waste disposal facilities, housing, schools, prisons and hospitals."(82)

The above Executive Order is an illegal and DIRECT violation of our Constitution AND of our Exon-Florio laws which: "prohibits foreign direct investment in such industries as maritime, aircraft, banking, resources, and power."

Following Bush's lead, Bill Clinton, issued another unlawful Executive Order, EO 12893, interestingly numbered, and off by only one digit, from the original illegal EO 12803. A possible sign that the One World Monopolists were the master minds because they are known to obsess over the intricacies of numerology.

You can find a comprehensive list of America's taxpayer financed roads being sold to the highest bidder via Public Private Partnerships (PPP). Take note that the word 'partnerships' is a euphemistic (doublespeak) term which really means the fascist blending of [private/corporate + public/government = 'partnerships'] to the everlasting detriment of America's security and sovereignty, not to mention the violation of our Constitution and laws.(114)

Outrageously -- there are even seminars provided to teach state and local government officials how to go about selling our taxpayer financed infrastructures to foreign private investment groups. There was a "North American Private Partnerships Intensive Seminar, . . . held at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, March 19 to 21 [2007]. The cost will be $3,500 [probably paid using taxpayer dollars] per attendee."(116)

More On Privatization . . .

Alan Snitow and Deborah Kaufman, documentary film makers, teamed up with author Michael Fox to write a book about the privatization of water battles going on across America. Battles that stretched "from California to Massachusetts and from Georgia to Wisconsin." The authors documented the "rise of public opposition to corporate control of water resources".(117)

They said that: "We came to see that the conflicts over water are really about fundamental questions of democracy itself: Who will make the decisions that affect our future, and who will be excluded? . . . And if citizens no longer control their most basic resource, their water, do they really control anything at all?"(117)

Many 'heavy hitters' in the stock market are currently buying up springs, ponds, lakes, streams, aquifers and water 'rights' to position themselves in the market should water becomes scarce for whatever reason.

The SPP ~ A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing . . .

The Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) was announced in the media in March of 2004 without the explanation that the 'Security' was to be a perimeter enclosing Canada, America and Mexico into a so-called defensible area that begins at Canada's northern border and Mexico's southern border. Our country will no longer have any borders which means the END to our sovereignty!

The SPP was announced in the media without the explanation that 'Prosperity' was meant to raise up Mexico's poverty at the expense of the United States and Canadian taxpayers. And that the 'Partnership' was to be one of Corporate America in bed with our government driving and endorsing ALL aspects of the agenda of regulatory changes between our country and our neighbors, which is, as Mussolini defined it -- blatant TREASONOUS FASCISM.

What one must understand is that ALL of the above plans are straight out of the European Union blueprint. Beware that those plans include massive, extremely negative, sovereignty eliminating consequences for ALL Americans.

Such machinations are well beyond comprehension of the average person who has been duped into apathy by the complicit silence of the corporate conglomerates who control ALL the media, with the rare exception of some independent newspapers, talk radio and the internet.

Conferences Are Used to Subvert America By Promoting The CFR/SPP Agenda

In February 16, 2007, at a conference covering the development of a North American legal system, Robert Pastor, 'Pied Piper' of the NAU and member of the CFR, denied that he is at the center of a 'vast conspiracy' to subvert American sovereignty, when "holding of the conference was itself evidence that a comprehensive process underway to merge the economies . . . [which was] conducted in cooperation with the American Society of International Law, an organization affiliated with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, was held at the American University Washington College of Law."(118)

"Academic literature distributed in advance to conference participants about a common legal framework for the U.S., Canada and Mexico included proposals for a North American Court of Justice (with the authority to overrule a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court), a North American Trade Tribunal, a North American Court of Justice, and a Charter of Fundamental Human Rights for North America, also dubbed the North American Social Charter."(118)

"Pastor's luncheon speaker, Eric Farnsworth, the Vice-President of the Council of the Americas, provided some valuable insight into this process. Saying NAFTA is 'no longer enough', he described the SPP as designed to help North America meet the economic challenges posed by such countries as China and India."(118)

"Farnsworth said that the Council of the Americas, which advises the SPP, would shortly issue 300 recommendations designed to improve business conditions in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. He was unclear as to whether the U.S. Government would try to implement these initiatives on its own, through the administrative or regulatory process, or whether they would be submitted to Congress for approval."(118)

The fact that the question was not 'clear' is prima facie evidence that they are operating illegally and with stealth to end our Constitutional Republic by any means necessary. The cabal has help from many who are working in concert to destroy our country. As was stated above:

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Is NAFTA Legal? . . . You Decide:

At that same conference there was a significant uproar when "Alan Tarr, director of the Center for State Constitutional Studies at Rutgers University, was challenged about glossing over President Clinton's submission of NAFTA as an agreement, requiring only a majority of votes in both Houses of Congress for passage, and not a treaty, requiring a two-thirds vote in favor in the Senate. NAFTA passed by votes of 234-200 in the House and 61-38 in the Senate. Tarr said he had not intended to be uncritical of what Clinton did. Pastor quickly interjected that there was nothing improper in submitting NAFTA as an agreement rather than a treaty."(118)

But of course it was TOTALLY ILLEGAL, it was a defiant violation of our Constitution, and was allowed to move forward without the two-thirds requirement and rubber stamped by BOTH houses of Congress. Then our corrupt courts concluded as follows:

". . .Clinton's move was seen at the time as an effort to bypass constitutional processes and the United Steelworkers challenged NAFTA's constitutionality in court. The case reached the U.S. Supreme Court in 2001, after lower courts had thrown the case out, saying it was a political matter between the president and Congress. The Bush Administration sided with Clinton and the Supreme Court declined to get involved."(118)

Why do we even have a 'Supreme Court' if they won't deal with the most fundamental legal questions involving Constitutionality? It reveals, once more, just how corrupt the courts have become.

If The American People Try To Fight Back How Will They Stop Us? . . . By force if necessary!

As for the 'bureaucratic elite' of wealthy globalists who function as the 'Shadow Government' . . . their ultimate goal is a so called NEW World Order, which is course is NOT NEW but is, in reality, a ONE World Order completely controlled by the One World Monopolists, those 'robber barons' of yore. Are You Willing to be Combined With a Corrupt Mexico?

According to an insider, at a Robert Pastor conference on the NAU in March, 2007 . . . "Alberto Szekely, a career ambassador and adviser to the Mexican Minister of Foreign Affairs, who said that the rule of law simply does not exist in Mexico and that corruption permeates governmental institutions. He said reforms under the presidency of Vicente Fox went nowhere and that Mexico is one of the of the most corrupt countries in the world today."(118) To anyone who is paying attention that is no surprise.

In fact "despite Fox's best intentions and concrete efforts to clean up and improve Mexico's law enforcement, it is still riddled with corruption at all levels (like the rest of the country). If we compare Mexico to the European Union, the country doesn't fare too well. According to one survey, the 2001 Corruption Perception Index from Transparency International, Mexico ranks behind Greece, which had the worst record of any EU member. Greece ranked 42 and Mexico 51 on the list of 91 countries worldwide (Canada ranked 7th and the United States 16th)."(121)

The question that needs to be asked is . . .

'Security' for whom? Our borders are STILL not 'secure'! And, our immigration laws remain unenforced. Sanctuary cities abound. MS-13 gangs are everywhere.

'Prosperity' for whom? Certainly not middle-class Americans! We are already importing food. Never before in our history has that happened. Our manufacturing base has evaporated. Those high-tech jobs are being handed over to those lower paid H1-B visa holders, while Americans end up 'flipping burgers' just to survive. It is a well-documented fact. Even though companies are required to pay H1-B visa holders 'prevailing' wages, they never do. It's the same when employers violate our immigration laws by hiring illegal aliens, and our government simply looks the other way.

'Partnership' with whom . . . three heads of state? A partnership with two countries that are incompatible socially, culturally (also think about French Quebec here), economically, and politically. Most importantly is the difference of our constitutions and legal systems. Why would America EVER want to merge with the corrupt oligarchy of Mexico, or the parliamentary style, socialist country of Canada? Do you?

There is simply NO COMPARISON to the EU's minimal differences between first world countries compared to the huge differences in the economies between a third-world country like Mexico and the US or Canada. There is a large glaring inequity in per capita GDP. For example: in 1999 the United States GDP was "$31,000; [for] Canada, $20,000, and Mexico, [it was] $4,900". But that fact pales in comparison to the language, educational and cultural differences between Mexico and the United States, where political graft and corruption is endemic throughout Mexican society, where 'mordida' is an accepted and practiced way of life.(122)

Besides, the difference between 'rich and poor' countries Dr. Robert A. Pastor constantly refers mainly to the WEALTH, or business 'prosperity' of the country. In the case of three disparate countries -- Mexico, Canada and the United States, Dr. Pastor appears to completely ignore the enormous cultural, social, educational, legal, political, linguistic, and societal issues as if they were of little or no consequence. A glaring intellectual error.

European Flags

Community vs. Union and the Globalists Propaganda Lies . . .

How cleverly the promoters of the North American Union have used the word 'community' when discussing the NAU. Beware . . . because it is a very subtle form of PROPAGANDA. To dissect the propaganda, let's compare Pastor's term of North American 'Community' with the TRUTH which is they are attempting to create a 'union.'

First let's examine the definition of community, as defined by Webster's:

(a) all the people living in a particular district, etc., and (b) the district, city, etc., where they live.
a group of people living together as a smaller social unit within a larger one, and having interests, work, etc., in common.
a group of nations loosely or closely associated BECAUSE OF [or due to] common traditions or for political or economic advantage
society in general; the public
ownership or participation in common [community of goods]
similarity, likeness [community of tastes]
(a) the condition of living with others (b) friendly association; fellowship

Common Traditions?

Once the three countries have been combined into one, will we have 'common traditions' or will we each 'do' our own in isolation, all with no sense of commonality and unity? Will all workers get off for the combined list of holidays? Not likely, so that means some of each of our 'traditions' will be erased for the common good. Which ones are you willing to forfeit?

Economic Advantages?

Will there be economic advantages for Americans, considering that we have lost MILLIONS of jobs under NAFTA? Job losses that will continue to accelerate under CAFTA when the One World Monopolists find it is even cheaper to send their factories to South America. This job loss is not like it was in prior economic downturns. This time it is a PERMANENT loss of jobs, never to return. Think about the horrendous economic reversal of our trade dollars with Canada and Mexico. We have gone from a trade surplus nation to a trade deficit nation, which worsens every year.

What will it be like when we are combined? The answer is really simple to deduce . . . Mexicans will gain a lot, Canadians will gain some and Americans will lose . . . BIG!

Political Advantages?

Do you see any political advantage to joining with Mexico whose political system is rife with corruption and graft? What does America have in common with Canada's parliamentary government and socialism? Didn't we choose a Constructional Republic? Where will it go, how will it change in the 'Community'? Pastor believes that there should be a "North American Parliamentary Group [which] would oversee the U.S. Congress".(1)

Will there be economic advantages? Will our cultures blend into one? Will our local communities become one? Just think about the balkanizations that already exist throughout the southwest in many towns. Will our political interests become one? Think about the riots and protests in Mexico for months after the July presidential election. In all probability the answer to all those questions is a loud and incontrovertible . . . NO!

Allegiance?

Where will one's allegiance lie? Will it be to North America or . . . will it remain with Mexico, the USA or Canada? Will our language become one? If so which will it be, French, English or Spanish? Will our traditions become one? If so, which would they be, French, Spanish, Canadian/British or American? We would no longer be the world renown 'melting pot' but simply a 'tossed salad' with no common cohesion and no common denominator to bind us together!

What has already happened to our communities across America is the disintegration of our social fabric, and degradation of our schools, jails, hospitals, and welfare system. This has been the result of the overwhelming numbers of illegal aliens and legal immigrants whose culture, allegiance and language differences have ALREADY balkanized our communities, dumbed down our schools, wrecked our social services systems, closed hospitals, and filled our jails. Do you think the future will get better when the doors are thrown wide open, with no restrictions, to all members of the North American continent?

Will the North American 'Community' desired by our fascist government become a 'friendly association' of 'fellowship'? Will we all have the same 'community of tastes, similarity, likenesses'? Look around you. Is THAT what exists, even today? Of course not! Or will the contrived 'community,' that the One World Monopolists envision, simply be a marriage of convenience created SOLELY for the economic advantage of the monied elites? Of course it will!

In fact, we will simply be a nation of 'people living in a particular district,' a 'smaller social unit' living within the larger area of North America having only a 'community of goods' and services in common. Surely one can agree that such a combining will NOT include common 'interests' except for those 'interests' of the 'money mafia' (i.e., capitalists, corporatists and bankers) and their fascist cohorts in the government.

It Will Be a Union . . . NOT a Community As Per The Propagandists

Won't we simply be 'closely associated only for THEIR 'economic' advantage, not ours? The planned North American Union will exist without any 'common traditions,' NOR 'political' or 'economic advantages'. What we WILL be is a rudderless polyglot of disparate, balkanized peoples that just happen to populate the same piece of geography called North America? Does THAT a 'community' make? Of course not! Instead, we will simply and plainly become a 'union' as defined by Webster's thusly:

a uniting or being united; combination; especially: a) combining, joining, or grouping together of nations, states, political groups, etc. for some specific purpose b) a marrying or being married; marriage
something united or unified, a whole made up of parts; esp., a) an organization or confederation uniting various individuals, political units, etc.

So beware of the term 'community' used by the globalists to suck you in with their propaganda by using such benign, friendly, soft and agreeable terminology to cover up their plans for a North American Union. We the People got it RIGHT! The proof is that by DEFINITION we will NOT be a 'community.'

A Community is what you expect to happen AFTER the gradual progression of long periods of time, where people, events, politics, laws, jobs and geography bear upon those disparate peoples allowing them to coalesce and merge into a community. It CAN NOT and does NOT happen instantly. Whereas the creation of a union DOES.

Rip open the borders, as is planned by the 'comprehensive' amnesty the Congress is planning to foist upon us against our will which will send people flooding into our country. People who are of disparate cultures, language, economic status, education levels and health. You will have CHAOS which will tear apart the fabric of many 'communities' . . . but you WILL have a UNION! That is their plan, which is also exactly what they did in Europe.

It will be a union WITHOUT the natural assimilation, acculturation and blending into the 'melting pot' the United States of America HAD famously achieved. It will NOT be a community. Instead it will be a mass of humanity forced to live side-by-side in balkanized disharmony until civil war breaks out. That 'war' will be inevitable because, as profoundly noted by Henry M. Morris in The Confusion of Tongues, "the real divisions among men are not racial or physical or geographic, but linguistic."

What is on the horizon? Think about the ethnic riots in Paris and Australia, etc. Think about what has already come and gone in South Africa and the degradation of Rhodesia into Zimbabwe. Will you sit back and wait for a similar demise of America, or will you fight to keep what took 400 years to build and mature into what once was America the Beautiful?(123)

Speaking of Rhodesia . . .

A woman in South Africa by the name of Gemma Meyer (a pseudonym) warns those who remain cowed by the challenges ahead due to the overwhelming illegal alien invasion and the coming North American Union (NAU), both which will force the elimination of our borders and sovereignty in complete defiance of 'We the People' our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and laws. Gemma warns we Americans . . .

America's structures are Western. Once you lose social, cultural and political dominance, there is no getting it back again.

Unfortunately, your habits and values work against you. You cannot fight terror and street mobs with letters to your Congressmen. You cannot fight accusations of racism with prayer meets. You cannot appeal to the goodness of your fellow man when the fellow man despises you for your weaknesses . . . To survive, Americans must never lose the power they now enjoy to people from alien cultures. Above all, don't put yourselves to the test of fighting only when your backs are against the wall. You will probably fail.

Millions around the world want your good life. But make no mistake: They care not for the high-minded ideals of Jefferson, [Madison] and Washington and your Constitution. What they want are your possessions, your power, your status.

And they already know that there are allies among you, the 'human rights activists' the skillful lawyers and the left wing politicians will fight for them and not for you. They will exploit your Christian charity, and your good will.

They have studied you, Mr. and Mrs. America, and they know your weaknesses well.

The GOOD News Is . . .

Watch as Lou Dobbs talks about the fact that the CFR controlled federal government is facing a rebellion from some 19 States who are resisting the push for the SPP-NAU.

Dobbs says that they are "lying" when they say that the harmonizations are for the purpose of 'safety' and "what they are doing is underhanded and not working in the interest of the United States" Lou wants to know "what in the world does harmonize mean? . . . It means nothing! . . . It DOES mean that our sovereignty is under direct attack!"

In this video . . . the Idaho's state congress voted against the NAU because they are "tired of the secrecy and want the US Congress to weigh in on this and get it out on the table and vote on it!"

Outrageously . . . in this same report is the revelation that in last year's comprehensive immigration bill titled the Immigration Reform Act of 2006 (i.e., S. 2611 aka the amnesty bill) includes A SMOKING GUN! The One World Monopolist traitors inserted the following: "(E) in developing and implementing an immigration security strategy for North America that works toward the development of a common security perimeter . . . "

There it is . . . their treasonous treachery exposed. By those words 'a common security perimeter' they have adopted the CFR's plan to end America's sovereignty. They are creating a law endorsing a perimeter which consists of the northern border of Canada and the southern border of Mexico.

Canadian House Of Commons

Fortunately Canada's 'House of Commons' Has Some Backbone!

"An all-party House of Commons committee will give the secretive North American Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) its first public airing beginning today [April 26, 2007]."(127)

"Then-prime minister Paul Martin, U.S. President George W. Bush and former Mexican president Vicente Fox launched the SPP, known as the Three Amigos agreement, two years ago in Waco, Texas. Since then, critics say the agreement has been hijacked by big corporations meeting in secret with government officials with the joint intent of fast-tracking the deeper integration of the Canadian, U.S. and Mexican economies."(127)

"NDP international trade critic Peter Julian, who has been pushing for the public hearings, wants them to lead to a debate in the House of Commons. 'We must have a full and accountable public debate and expose the entire agenda around the SPP . . . What is being discussed is nothing less than the future of this country'."(127)

"The One World Monopolists term of 'deeper integration' is another example of a euphemism or 'double speak' for creating the North American Union by stealth! Beware, be wary, and pay attention when they spew forth their propaganda, because they believe they have you buffaloed and under their control."(127)

BUT . . . the Meeting On the Canadian SPP Involvement -- Blows Up!

"Amid heated charges of a coverup, Tory MPs on Thursday abruptly shut down parliamentary hearings on a controversial plan to further integrate Canada and the U.S. The firestorm erupted within minutes of testimony by University of Alberta professor Gordon Laxer that Canadians will be left "to freeze in the dark" if the government forges ahead with plans to integrate energy supplies across North America."(128)

"Tory MP Leon Benoit, chair of the Commons Standing Committee on International Trade which was holding the SPP hearings, ordered Laxer to halt his testimony, saying it was not relevant. Opposition MPs called for, and won, a vote to overrule Benoit's ruling. Benoit then threw down his pen, declaring, "This meeting is adjourned," and stormed out, followed by three of the panel's four Conservative members. The remaining members voted to finish the meeting, with the Liberal vice-chair presiding." Committee member, NDP MP Peter Julian said: "It's shocking the extent to which the Conservative party will go to cover up information about the SPP . . ."(128)

"Other MPs raised concerns about recently revealed plans under the SPP to raise Canadian limits on pesticide residues to match American rules. Questions were also raised about whether the effort will open the door to bulk water exports."(128)

Meet Connie Fogal of the Canadian Action Party . . .

He Who Controls the Regulatory Process . . . Rules!

	Which will it be?
The Legislature	or	The Executive

In January of 2007, the president released a new Executive Order that requires agencies to submit for review to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) all 'significant guidance documents' that agencies produce. It is the latest in "his stepped-up attack on the federal regulatory system - which establishes critical health, environmental, occupational, vehicle and other protections for citizens".(130)

Before he issued that Executive Order, "each agency was required to have a regulatory policy officer . . . [who] may have been either a career governmental official or a political appointee and had to report to the agency head. Now, that officer must be a political appointee separate from the agency head, and the officer no longer must report to the agency head but reports directly to the White House." Such actions undercut congressional authority and oversight that had been previously "delegated to agency heads, who are accountable to both Congress and the president . . ."(130)

"Not only is Bush trying to clamp down on health and safety agencies, but he is also nominating an anti-regulatory extremist to oversee the regulatory process . . . [as he] continues to push Susan Dudley - who was director of regulatory studies at the industry-funded think tank Mercatus Center and is hostile to the federal regulatory process . . . to head the OMB agency in charge of regulations (the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, or OIRA)."(130)

"As OIRA head, Dudley has the power to weaken or eliminate regulations that protect your health and your rights - from environmental protections to privacy protections. And, judging from her record and her ties to regulated industry, she will try to block most new protections."(130)

Fox

"Bush has also nominated Michael E. Baroody, executive vice president of the National Association of Manufacturers [NAM], to be chair of the Consumer Product Safety Commission [CPSC], which regulates many of the association's members . . . "(130)

"President Bush has made a stunningly inappropriate choice in nominating Michael Baroody . . . [who helped] to weaken the sharpest enforcement tool in its [CPSC] arsenal – a safeguard that requires companies to disclose hazardous products – showing that a clear conflict-of-interest afflicts Baroody's nomination."(131)

"NAM's motive for weakening the safeguards? Money. An analysis by Public Citizen shows that the rule has netted more than 80 percent of the agency's fines since 1997 – and NAM members and affiliates have accounted for more than half of those payments. The new guidance, which was finally issued in July 2006, will allow future manufacturing defects and safety hazards to go unreported if a manufacturer determines that they meet any of several newly created exceptions. The guidance will undoubtedly save companies money and reduce public notice of safety risks. If confirmed, Baroody would administer the safeguards that NAM helped to change – presenting a clear conflict-of-interest."(131)

And that's how they do it!

Get your cronies on the inside and have them subvert all the rules, regulations and guidance mechanisms to facilitate your corporate buddies.

Because that's EXACTLY how they successfully created the EU. They found that by 'harmonizing' the all the various European countries' massive, centuries old, bureaucratic legal system, they could surreptitiously pervert those regulations for their own purposes. Once you grasp that, you will understand just how they are now secretly working, behind the scenes, to create the NAU by using similar methodologies using incremental stealth by harmonizations of our regulatory laws -- to commit their treason.
